Just Finished phase one of my DIY Rack system
Ok so i just started and finished phase one of my first DIY Rack system. I made it to fit both 41 and 28qt tubs. It will hold 21 28qt tubs when complete or a combo of them. I plan on 4 41qts 13 28qts. anyway here are a few pics of my project this past weekend.

I already have the first few guys moved in. Next phase is 3 more shelves, the back piece and the full complete heating setup. Right now i am using just standard heat pads. anyway enjoy.

your going to have sagging in the center unless you make supports to fit in between the shelves. i have one i made that will hold 16 28 qt tubs or 8 41 qt tubs and it started sagging within 6 months. you will need to make removable supports that will divide the shelves when using the 28 qt tubs. when using the 41 qt tubs they may get tight from the sagging.

with melamine and 41 qt tubs its best to make it to accept the tubs the long way, but then you cant use the 28 qts at the same time
