I can't tell if I have good luck, bad luck or both...
Tonight was feeding night, 90% of my snakes ate. Always happy about that. But in the process of feeding I almost got nailed by my ~2200g female. I fed her a second medium rat because she's a monster and my other large female refused. She bypassed the rat and went straight for me and not my arm that was holding the rat using tongs, I mean my actual body. She missed and the second time she tried I was able to block her with the rat which she grabbed and proceeded to try to re-kill. :P

My newest pastel female ate when I left the rat in her tub. I didn't ask Garrick what she was eating before, but she took the rat once I left her alone. Then I went to go feed my cinny and guess what, she's missing. >_< I ignored that little detail and continued to feed because who knows how long she was missing and everyone else was waiting for food. Well I found her. She was under the QT snake rack. She didn't eat of course because it wasn't easy getting her out. :P

My fire also tried to nail me a few times. I'm really afraid she's going to hurt herself snapping at the tub. She actually at 2 rat pups and 1 hopper mouse because I had to keep her busy. :P

Also my two that just got on f/t hopper mice took f/t rat pups for me.

Seeing this all in written out I guess I have slightly good luck, but almost getting bitten a few times and losing the cinny sucked. :(

I got stuck at today. By my new pinstripe. She just shed and went #2 all over her tub so I took her out to clean it and put her on the floor beside me and I see this little worm lunge at me. It was the funniest thing. She was atleast two feet away and was nowhere in range but I must have spooked her. She passed on feeding tonight but shes only been with me for 6 days and cleaning day stressed her out :(

It actually sounds like a fairly typical day feeding breeding adults, one must be very careful with those big girls, unless you just like being bit.
This time of year can turn those tame critters into ravenous beast
