Where to buy morphs? Show?

I will be buying 4 BP morphs (possibly a blue eyed lucy, pied, super phantom, and something else). There is a show in Los Angeles in the beginning of January that I was planning on getting my snakes at, but it is a 6 hour drive and I was wondering what people thought about getting snakes at shows vs online (better price, quality, reputable breeder, etc.). And I was wondering if anyone has recommendations or experiences they could share! BTW I have bought lots of herps online so I'm comfortable doing it.

Well for one, you can avoid shipping by buying at a show. I suggest looking up what vendors will be at the show, and check them all on the BOI to decide which ones you'd feel comfortable doing business with. Always look the snakes over thoroughly before making a decision, and be sure to get a receipt! Congrats and good luck :)

ive also found that alot of breeders give the option to pay, and pick up at a show, ive never done it, but it might be worth looking into

I have bought online and at shows, and have gotten good deals both ways. If given the choice, I like to buy at shows to save shipping costs (and risks), get a chance to talk to the breeder, check out the snake myself, etc. Before I go to a show I look up the list of vendors, so I can check reps and feedback on them before I go.
