What is the difference between a Fire and a Vanilla BP>
So, I am looking to pick up a Vanilla and would like to know how to accurately identify them. I realize that they are very similar to Fires and I already have a Fire ( I believe anyway) so I want to make sure that i am really getting a Vanilla.

    Thanks

Imo vanillas look more normal than fires. Usually a little brighter than a normal and with a bit of a faded head.

Vanillas and fires are about the same as pieds and albinos..2 totally different morphs that do 2 totally different things. The fire is more versatile but the vanilla can do things the fire cant. Vanillas are more subtle then fires and if you want a vanilla make sure you get one that specifically works with them so you know your getting a vanilla. Vanillas are easier to have imposters because of the subtleties

2 different morphs. Fires create a black eyed lucy when bred together and Vanillas create super vanillas. You can do a Google image search or search on here to see the difference between the super forms. They are both co-dom.

They are unmistakeably different in person. If you purchase from a reputable breeder you shouldn't have any problems.
