Looks like the Biak hickey on your hand, but I can't stop laughing at the dog. They always know the perfect way to steal the shot...
Re: Biak(GTP) color change
Just a little love kiss getting her out. She came out of sleep on a RAGE. She is usually really good and I took her out, worked with her for 30 mintues in every which way and she was fine. It was a sleeping don't mess with me bite. Sad part is I reacted silly and jerked my hand back so fast, I hit it on the corner of the cage and bruised it up pretty bad. Now that hurt much worst then the bite. lol Got to love biaks though.

Wait...she's gonna STAY this golden color?? That's awesome! I thought that all Biaks turn green and blue. I never really researched them though, so I don't know.

No, lol, she'll eventually turn green. All GTPs turn some shade of green except the high yellow (which still usually have some green on them) and the true blues. This is still her baby color somewhat. I think jball meant to say he didn't like the baby colors as much as the adult colors and this girl was an exception (jball, correct me if I'm wrong!).
Ace, she is AMAZING!!! You really do need to put one of these pics in next month's HOTM!! And I do love the color! Sometimes I wish these guys really would retain their baby colors into adulthood. Thanks for sharing the pics! :gj:

Re: Biak(GTP) color change
I am really hoping she keeps a lot of yellow on her. I love high yellow biaks. This girl will be a year old in January by the way.

If she's already a year old, I think she will stay very yellow! What's her bloodline/history?? Does she come from a HY line?

I've gotten addicted to these guys! My first will be coming home with me in the spring. I've purchased an adult male PNG x OSHY from Rocky Gravley and will pick him up at Tinley in March. Can't wait!!
