When should I feed off my first colony?

I picked up my first colony of asf 1.3 back at the end of July. They were adults and fully grown when I got them. They have since then produced 3 litters for me. and I have managed to add a few new bloodlines to the mix to have a total of 6 colonies including them.
At the moment they are the only ones that are producing for me, but I think the male is getting old. He hardly moves anymore and just stays in one spot for the most of the time.
My other 5 colonies are 1.2 and are just now to adult size.
Should I feed off my first colony and just rely on the other 5? Or should I wait and hope to get a few more litters out of them?
At the moment I have 10 asf's that are in a few different grow out tubs.

Good news. It looks like one of my new colonies gave birth lastnight.

To me, I see no need to feed of any animals that are well behaved, and producing litters.
I would also avoid adding in more lines, you'll just make your ASFs more vulnerable to genetic problems. :)
