    i just finnished the first of 2 28qt racks for a friend of mine and i thought it turned out pretty well so i'd thought i'd share. hopefully she won't mind. so here it its a little dusty but finnished.

    Nice!!! Routed out the slots for the shelves and everything! I'm impressed! It will hold WAY better that way then just screwing it without slots. Nice work man. Do you work in carpentry or something? Usually not many peeps own routers unless they do something in construction. Lol.

    I'm am a cabinet maker by trade. the cabinets were actually cut on a cnc flatbed router. it sure does make life easier having a $100k toy like that at your disposal. lol

    I knew it! haha. One of my dad's buddies has one as well that I'm DYING to use for a couple of racks, haha. Dad's a Tile-General Contractor.. I grew up in the trade with him and have been wanting to ask this dude since I have known him for so long. I think you just gave me a good enough reminder now that I see how well they turned out. So.... Thanks!

    Did you just use wood glue and counter-sunk screws to secure the shelves to the frame?

    And that's melamine, correct?

    no glue just incase they have to come apart, counter-sunk screws of course
    ans yes melamine.
