Breeding tank setup
So how do you do your pairings for breeding? I've heard, put the male in the females tank or vice versa and also use a separate breeding tank. How do you set up your breeding tank? Just like any other tank or do you keep it simple. Just curiosity, thanks.

i am new to this as well, but iv just been putting my male in my females tub, no hides just water dish. i dont believe a seperate breeding tub is necessary. hope this helps.

If the female is scenting up her cage I definitely move the male to her, otherwise I'll mix it up a bit - one session moving female, the other moving male.

I've never heard of using a separate breeding space, introducing one to the other works fine for most breeders it seems.

I put my males into the females tubs! I don't use a hide! Some take out the water dish but I leave it in! Females do scent their tubs during breeding so you don't want to clean their tubs too often during breeding season. You just want to spot clean! That scent drives the males wild!!! I have had great success using this method!
