    Funny feeding video (Granite)
My granite corn, Edvard aka "Eddie" is by far the most voracious (and fastest) feeder in my collection... he's not even two years old yet, and already the size of any full-grown male corn. I swear, he would eat a dead cat if I offered!

I took some video of him eating tonight, number 2 of 3 f/t hopper mice he devoured in minutes. Make sure to watch or fast-forward to the end, because that's the funniest part. :D

Yeah, Eddie is a feisty one! Luckily he's not a biter, so I don't panic when he comes at me like that.

Here are a few pics that better show off his colors... first one is most recent, and you can see he's getting more silver as he ages.

Baby pic, where you can see the inspiration for his name - a head pattern that resembles Edvard Munch's "The Scream." ;)

Jeez he just inhales that thing :O Corns can be crazy feeders... my bloodred attacks and coils every f/t mouse like it's the battle of his life every time, flipping around and getting himself all tangled up. Then he just sits there for a half an hour before attempting to eat it

I love his look at the end too :D He's like, "give me more food or get that camera outta mah face" So cute!!

LOL... yes, he was definitely looking for MORE at the end! He did get one more mouse, and I'm sure he would have taken 5 if I'd offered. Crazy corns.

Yup, that's what mine do too! You'd think they were fighting a wolf or something, but it's just a little - and DEAD - hopper mouse. It's pretty funny to watch, and I really wish BPs would eat that voraciously.

Thanks, and I'm glad I inspired you! :D

I have no breeding plans for Eddie, and didn't even know what a Granite was before getting one. I was actually buying a motley ghost female (at the herp expo 2+ years ago), when this guy's awesome head-pattern caught my eye... when I commented on it, the seller offered to throw him in for another $20. Who could pass up that offer? ;) He's a beautiful and sweet boy, so I'm happy I decided to get him.
