It's funny how people change

I just uploaded a couple of pictures to an old album on facebook. My younger sister had made a comment back in December on it of: "Ewwww Snakes".

This really makes me laugh because when she came to visit me in July I had to tell her to leave my snakes alone because they weren't used to being handled for 1-2 hours straight. She also has 2 snakes of her own now with plans for more in the future. If only the rest of the world was that easy to convert. :P

Ive got a few friends im working on. hopefully they will come around.

i finally got my oldest sister to touch a snake for the first time a few weeks ago, shes 26 and untill then had barely been willing to look at one, so now i just have to get her to hold one, even if its jst for a second

I have a friend that was like that just a few months ago. I was cleaning a tub and asked her if she wanted to hold Meatball and she was like "ewwww noooo i don't knowwww" but then held him anyway, and last night when she came over I was running late trying to get ready, and she disappeared. When I finally found her, she was in my office holding him. :)

I want more snakes so bad now that I finally got one. But my wife who likes snakes rather have like 6 more dogs and some cats before she would ever let me have more. I'm hoping once I get out of the military and move back to cali and buy a house she wil let me keep more in my "man room." Something every guy must have!!!

I need more than I man cave. I need a man house lol, with all my hobbies and projects in life ,
I own ( still to this day ) an rc truck and a bunch of parts, a lot of classic battletech minis, comics, manga/dvds, pc stuff( I enjoy building them when I am not rushed on it ) then ther the snakes. This is just the stuff I got in the house I like to fish, hunt ( when I was able to), there the mowing I enjoy doing when able, plus the power tools for building various things I can do when I got the moood and mind to work on.

My girlfriend has gone from freaking out about me getting a snake 3 months ago to wanting a BEL. :D

My fiance's friend went from not even wanting to ride in the car with the snake in a bag to holding it for brief amounts of time :D
