I really need a hug right now!

This has been a very trying time for me lately. I've been in and out of the hospital with problems. My dad has also been in and out of the hospital as well for the past year. I also haven't spoken to any of my family in months due to a falling out. On top of it I just recently quit smoking, quit drinking and put myself on a diet, which in itself has worn me down quite a bit and sent me on an emotional rollercoaster.

Well I got a call from my mother tonight. A good friend of the family, heck, she might as well have been family as far as I'm concerned, named April passed away today of an apparent overdose. She was only 30 years old and left two young sons and a step daughter.

I am so emotionally and physically drained right now. Completely numb. I wanna just curl up and sleep for a month and everything be ok when I wake up. :tears:

I'm sorry. I know exactly how you feel.

At least in those negative things you have posted about, there is a couple positives (quitting smoking, and drinking).

Sorry to hear this. I am around if you need someone to listen. We may not have the same issues but I am a good listener and kind of went through the same thing earlier this year when my sister committed suicide and left behind two young children. *HUG*
