    even MORE docile
so i fed my bp his first rat on friday, and he ate it like a champ, and even since then it seems as if hes even more docile than he used to be. anyone ever have this happen to them before? im not complaining just wondering if his old owner was keeping him a little hungry

He is probably still digesting his meal... His past owner may have been underfeeding him though...

Yeah probably just digesting. Ella (my adult female BP) ate 2 huge jumbo mice last Sunday after a 3 week fast and she didn't show her face out of her warm hide for 3 days, lol. <<<burp....>>> :P

Just to be clear, you didn't handle your snake for a couple days after he ate that rat did you? If so, you need to allow him that digestion time - at least 2-3 days - before you handle him again. You'll find he'll be more himself if he has time to peacefully digest his meal. :gj:
