How can I find out if feeder roaches are legal in Georgia? Mainly Madagascar Hissing and Lobster.

Who's that? Is there any way to find out online? I tried google searching it, but I just found exterminators, feeder roaches for sale, and roach/lobster nutrition comparison. Nothing about the laws.
