Should I try to breed her?
I had all of my non QT snakes out to get a picture for the bucket of snakes thread and my lemon pastel female started some major tail wagging and scenting. I wasn't sure if I was really seeing what I thought I was seeing so I took her out and put her in her tub with just one of my males and she was wagging her tail like my dog. She's only 820g, but I could easily put more weight on her pretty fast, she eats like a pig. Should I give her a shot? She's only a 2010 and I wasn't planning on breeding her until next season, but her behavior makes me want to change my mind. I'm not an experienced breeder but I know people have successfully bred smaller females.

My guess would be no but I'm sure someone with experience will chime in.

Too small. You still have time. If she hits 1400, even if it's early next year, you can still breed a late clutch.

Sorry, I should have made the question a little clearer. :P
Should I try to put more weight on her to breed her this season? I've only been feeding her once a week, but she would gladly take food more often. I tend to favor a slower growth schedule but it seems to me like she wants to breed.

1200 grams was my first breeder girl. I had her for three years though and she never ate like she did so I bred her. IMO I wouldn't shoot for breeding anywhere under 1200 grams. And pushing her could get her to slow down, my best advice is save her till next year. I'm pretty sure u want more then 2-4 eggs:).
