Ambient temp/humidity OK?

I use the same heat pad and light in both of my ball pythons tanks. My ambient temperature in both of my ball pythons tanks is 78F and the humidity is 70% but this was the day and the day after I soaked their substrate (coconut shavings) it's the day after and it's mostly dry now but humidity is still at 70%. Is this okay? I know that I should get a 100 watt black spot light (the end is flat instead of round so the heat is focused down) for both of them this is what I had before and their ambient temps were 85F but I spilled some water on the surge protector and both bulbs blew and the 75 watt infra red spot lights are all I had I used to use them for geckos at night. Will 78F be okay until I can get new bulbs?

imo, it should be fine as long as you dont wait too long, anything below 75 is something to worry about, do you have a hotter spot? if not i'd try to get that bulb asap

78 is fine as long as the UTH can provide some belly heat. My room stays at 80 and they have a hot spot.
