tiny bit of stuck shed on head

sorry for a novice stuck shed question; however, my 2 month old male has a couple of small bits (1-2mm spot) of stuck shed on head. I increased humidity to about 72-75% and was going to see if he would rub them off. If it doesn't come off in a day or so I guess I could try the pillow case trick but wanted to check with some of yall to see if it was something I should worry about.

I haven't done a soak either and could do that too, but wasnt sure if some tiny spots would come off on their own.

I usually dont worry about a small amount like that. My YB just went through a bad shed and I really dont know why??? :confused::confused:
I wound up having to soak him for the first time ever in a year.

thanks! yeah this was his first shed and I didnt think it was that big of a deal but thought I would ask. Will these pieces just kinda flake off?

No big deal. I normally won't even soak a snake that just has a few flakes remaining. Just spray it down a couple times a day and in a day or two it will either come off on it's own or a quick rub with your fingers while the humidity is higher will get it off very quickly and easily.

A soak wouldn't help too much. BPs don't like the water so their head would almost never come in contact with it to loosen the shed. Pillow case trick works wonders but you can see what the more experienced members here say about having to worry about getting the few pieces off.
