    I've been curious for a couple days about this, i'm not sure if this is common knowledge, but does any body know average inch to gram ratios?

    Not urgent, but it would be helpful :)

    I don't think there is one. IMO, grams are used (weight) for reptiles because a snake can be very long or short and can be too fat or too skinny. I could have a 3 foot ball python that's only 130 grams. If I asked a question regarding my year old 3 foot ball python, people would have no idea that it's severely underweight. However, if you say you have a 6 month old ball python that's 130 grams, that's not too far fetched. This is all just my opinion, I got tired of guessing so I just went out and bought a gram scale ;)
