scales?

Hey ya'll hope all is well, just a quick question
when you're holding your snake, do you occasionally feel a loose scale here or there? It doesn't even have to be considered "loose" just a scale that pops out a little whereas all the other scales glide smoothly through your hand. I was holding pickles tonight to see how he was doing (great by the way) and I felt maybe 2 or 3? Nothing that i'm too worried about, more of a curiosity question

my snake has a couple belly scales that are a little "folded" in, and it feels kinda like a bump when they slide over, is it kinda like that?

sometimes I catch a scale and pull it back slightly and sometimes you get bent turned up scales too. both are normal and fairly common occurrences.

yeah i feel them on the belly all the time its always like 2 or 3 like you said i use to worry about it but now i just check there bellys every once in awhile to make sure nothing is sitting funny or folded or stuck inbetween them
