I would just give it a little antibiotic ointment and not worry it should go away in the next shed or 2:)

That wound doesn't look bad at all. As was already stated, it should clear up after a few sheds.

This is also why if I need to feed live, I feed live chicks as opposed to live rodents. Nasty little buggers if they get snatched in the wrong spot and manage to return a bite.
Also where I am, acquiring feeder rats are next to impossible. ao chicks are the best alternative for me.

Feeding live WILL result in bites at some point. All of my BP's are fed live and all of them have gray scaring on them. Most of the scars dissipate over a few sheds - its nothing to worry about. The only time you should really start to worry is if you notice blood and/ or you notice an infection starting. But as long as you keep your enclosure clean most bites will heal fine on their own.
