What is the difference between Herpstat 1 proportional thermostat and Herpstat 1 proportional thermostat-grounded?
Is this 110 or 220 volts?
Thanks!

Re: Question about herpstat 1
The grounded plug has the third prong which is safer than the two prong. The third prong protects you from getting shocked if any wires were to come loose. I'm no electrician, but I believe it is still a 120 volt. Hope this helps.

Yup the grounded has a third prong for the most part heating elements (uths and fexwatt heat cable ect. is all two prong. The typical applications for the grounded units is oil room heaters.

I personally have no use for the grounded model. the only place you will need it is heating a whole room or walk in incubator.
220 I don't think so the easiest is to use a voltage converter. I'd shoot a note to dion the owner desiner.
