    Whoops.
    Whoops. Feeding the live eaters today, and didnt realize she was already shedding. Thought i had a day till that , Too late to take rat out as soon as it hit tub she nailed it.

    I rarely try feeding the ones in shed, but like you, sometimes you accidentally go for it. I love when they don't even hesitate.

    i was just in a groove open drop. When she pulled her head out i seen she was starting the process. Too late now.

    Shes back to shedding right now

    I have one girl that will eat even in blue. Same thing, open drop oops.

    I had the exact same thing happen a few days ago. A baby female Cinny was just beginning her shed and was at the exact same point as the one in your pic. She actually ended up swallowing her head piece so I grabbed onto it and held it for her so she could finish eating and crawl through my fingers and get her skin off at the same time. Always fun to help them shed. However, it must have snapped her out of feeding mode, cause then she had no interest at all in a second rat pup. Oh well, time to feed again tonight, so she'll be fine. :)

    Well, she shed only the bottom half of her and tail. I had to peel off the top part a bit where it was broken when she constricted. But came off very easily and shes all clean and new.
