Just some recent pics (BEL and Pastave)
I was cleaning tubs today so I decided to snap a few pics since these guys have had a couple meals now. I think the Pastave is going into shed soon, he doesn't look as bright as normal.

BELs can come from both of the above pairings. the mojave x mojave should have a 1/4 chance of producing a lucy in each egg. however, with a lesser bee x lesser, the odds are skewed because you also have the spider and pastel genes at work. check out the genetics calculators at OWAL and worldofballpythons.com. they both will tell you the exact odds of producing a lucy from that pairing.
edit: fantastic BEL above. they've long been my favorite, next to the ultramel, and the sole reason I picked up a female kingpin.

A lesser bee is just a lesser spider, a queen bee is a lesser spider pastel so there is no pastel gene involved. Determining if a BEL is a Spider BEL can be done with a black light I think but other than for breeding purposes I can't see a point in trying to produce one, it should just look like a BEL.

No, a lesser bee is spider x lesser. A queenbee is spider x lesser x pastel.

Very nice animals. The pastave is an underrated combo imo, love them.
