Spider has been staying on the cool side after eating
I fed Sarah about 2 days ago and she has been staying in the hide at the cool side(infrared lamp). She has not moved to the hot side(heat mat). Should I worry? I thought balls prefer belly heat after meal? My cool side temp is 83-85 and hot side is 90-92.

Yup completely normal. Like I said yest, if your temps are right, theres nothing to worry about. Double check on the care sheet once in a while in case you forget the ideal temps. Should be 90-93 on hot spot, 80-85 at least on warm side, and never below 75 on the cooler side.
Not only did my bp stay on the cool side last week for 6 days, she also found a nice cozy spot between the glass and the cold hide, and i literally didnt see her go in her hides all week, which freaked me out a bit, but people on here told me not to worry. A week later, she is back to her normal routine and wont leave the hot spot again.
I think I have "new snake owner syndrome" and I think you have it too. Its good that you care so much about your snake, but they are creatures that rely on instinct. It will thermoregulate, as long as you give it the chance.
Cheers !
