is this a enchi pastel?

hi,i got this guy he came from a enchi x pastel clutch,it has been a very big debate on whether he is just a pastel or a enchi pastel,two of his siblings are enchi/pastel and he looks like one,let me know what you think,thanks

umm not really just looks like an average pastel better lighting would work wonders though :)
