I had a funny thing happen to me tonight and I thought I would share with everyone. I had Bonnie and Clyde set up on one of my shelves in the living room until I can clean out a better place for them away from everything and everyone. Tonight while I was heating up a hot dog for my daughter in the microwave I heard my two year old in the living room go... "Look it".
I turned around immediately to find her sitting on the floor with Bonnie's tub, with the top off. So I dropped everything and run in there to find her gently petting her repeating, "Snakey", with the biggest smile on her face I think I have ever seen. I still told her no and took the tub away, secured it and put it up higher so she wouldn't be able to get ahold of her again.
Bonnie didn't seem to really mind the petting at all, though it still scared the bejeebus out of me.
