    coco husks and feeding help!
i switched my bp from aspen to zilla coco husks the fine stuff not the big chunks due to humidity problems. now when i feed and hes in the process of maneuvering things around the mouse picks up quite a bit of the substrate. i know this stuff can be passed but i dont want to run into any impaction problems and i want to get rid of this stuff asap if it is a problem im thinking about getting a tub just for feeding but i dont know how that will work out he has a good appetite now and i dont want to ruin that

I've had a couple of baby balls that spazzed out and ate a mouthful of coco husk instead of the mouse/rat. It didn't seem to cause any issues. :P

I had a baby boa die because he ate a hopper and got a mouth full of the coco behind the hopper....he choked on it..it was my fault for not checking him right away...i would not use coco ever again...
