    I just got my first bp, and I was looking to put a branchin tank. local pet shop said get one from back yard and bake it on 350 for 5 mins. can I do this want what is besy for snake

    Yes that is fine, I like to get drift wood myself but I have easy access to water. Some sand blast wood as well. They things to look for is it should be dry not green wood and the bark needs to be removed. Then bake it. Make sure it doesn't have soft bits too they make cleaning worse.

    Cleaning isn't ass hard as most will make out, a stiff brush soap a good scrubbing and then a spray disinfectant and some time and it i done. No different than any other cleaning.
