    Bp help
i bought a BABY BP on sep 3 whn i got her she was startn to shed so she ate with no problems on the 5th and thn she went into shed...... it took a whole month for her to shed and i know thats way to long plus i was soakn her and everything the temps for her habitat are 75 to 80 on the cool side and 80 to 90 on the hot and humidity is between 50 to 70 so i went to petsmart and got some of that repti shedding aid stuff and it worked great... i finally got the rest of the skin off on sat... she didnt eat for the whole month and whn i got all the skin off she still wouldnt eat normal... so i got worried and force fed her which i know is stressful for the snake but i didnt want her to starve its only a baby and she was kinda skinny whn i got her
so does anyone have any suggestions anything helps im very new at this thanks

usually if their not shedding right, its low humidity, but then again, my snakes only ever had 2-3 perfect sheds in 5yrs, and im sure its not because of improper conditions, he usually has spots of skin left, so sometimes i go in and GENTLY rub the skin off with my thumb, starting in front of the skin, and moving down the scales while adding a fair amount of pressure, just go slowly, its not like ripping off a bandaid lol.
and also, welcome to the forum:welcome: is it your first snake? we'd all love some pictures too;)

Soaking during a shed can make the situation worse. But My main concern is not the shed but the temps. Your temps are generally too low.

Have you read a care sheet?

You should be seeing 78-80 on the cool end and 88-92 warm end there is some debate on those but with in a degree or two not 10. 80 is too cold for warm end temps to be and maintain a healthy eating animal.
