    I'm considering purchasing this firefly tomorrow. He's expensive, and I haven't seen many because they're rare in the uk.
    Opinions would be appreciated.

    Looks nice but I would want to see at the least better photos, and ideally it in person, before i parted with my money. :)

    I think he looks nice, i would try and get another pic or so. Here are two of mine to give you a clear idea. The first is my favorite, nice color not so yellowed out, very clean. The second is one of the others I have, not such a bad example but you can see the difference.. These are both taken with no flash and just white florescent overhead bulbs:

    ? You will do well to find one for less than £700.
    You can't get a decent bumblebee for £300.
    A nice fire female hatchling is £300.
    Firefly's get better with age, and are still quite expensive. In us and uk.

    Exactly, I have seen them anywhere from 900-1000 here in the U.S. Depending on the breeder of coarse.
