when to separate?

when do you guys take the babies from the mom? my babies have fur, open eyes, but still go under there mom but looks like they are eating the food I give to there mom?

They can be weaned between 21-25 days

3 weeks old is the min, but most people I've talked to seem to wait until 4-5 weeks to wean.
