1st Lock of the Season (and ever for me!!)
My female normal and male pastel are the only ones that are up to size this year, my 1st ever breeding!! I wasn't planning on starting till Nov but my male was pissier than usual last night, and there was a little front moving through, so I figured, hey, why not?

Put him in with her and instantly LOTS of tail wagging from her and back arching from him.

Well, I woke up this morning to find this:

This is the 1st season for both of them, so honestly I wasn't expecting a lock so quickly. Guess my boy knows what needs to be done!!

I don't use hides in my tubs except for really picky eaters. The rack is closed in on 3 sides so they still get the feeling of security.

And it's coming up on approximately 18 hours and they're still going at it. Geesh!
