New Female Bredli -- Got Out!
My new female Bredli got out a few nights ago somehow. I assume the lid wasn't securely slid back and locked on the tank.
Story is simple and goes like this. I came home with my friend the other day and after noticing she wasn't there we looked for her for--which took less than 5 minutes. I told him to check the giant fake tree I have in the room (reptile room scenery:P) and see if she's perched on the branches. He tells me he didn't see her. A minute or two later I move aside some leaves and what do ya know... She made a bee-line for the tree from the opposite side of the room. She was most definitely perched and seemed quite happy to be up so high:rolleyes:.
I know for a fact she didn't get into my rat cage, which she could've. All the baby rat pups were still there and none missing. I decided to offer her a F/T hopper while she was perched in the tree. She more than happily took it right away and took it down no problem. Snakes amuse me with their slick ways:snake:.
