Adult Female "Columbian" Boa Cage
My Boa is still fairly small (maybe 4'), but I would like to start looking into her permanent housing. Do you guys have a preference as to what you like for your Boas? I was looking into the Boaphile cages, but what size do you think is best? Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions.
Thanks!

Personally I keep my adult "Colombian" female boas in 6' T25's from animal plastics, I wouldn't ever keep a large active adult female in a 4' cage way to small in my honest opinion.

I was thinking something in the 6' x 2' range too. Do you know if AP offers the T25 w/ locking hinges? I didn't see it on their site if they do.

Six foot cages professional plastic cages are extremely overpriced, IMO. My Colombians get 4x2 cages. I have some from Reptile Basics, but I have been getting them lately from Repti-racks, because of the price.

I think that most boa breeders would agree that six foot cages are not really necessary. They take up more space, are harder to heat, and Colombians do fine in four foot cages. Mine are healthy, eat well, and breed readily in four foot cages.
