    Infrared heaters??
I'm sure a lot of you saw my post a while back about building an outbuilding to raise feeders in well I am planning to build it next spring and in the mean time I want to hear ideas on how to improve my design and tweak it. Well in my quest for the ideal heater I came across some infrared heaters at my local TSC. They are higher priced than an oil filled but seem to run a good bit cheaper. If these things pan out to be any good I may use o e in my reptile room also. They claim to not lower humidity also.

Has anyone used one of these? If so, what are your opinions?

I know I would only need heat out in the shed for 4 to 6 weeks here in Texas but I am interested to see what people have to say:confused:

Not sure if it's the same thing, but I use infrared heat lamps in my wooden cages. I'm very happy with the results and have no problem with humidity.

That's what I was looking at, one with a uv light to help improve the air quality.
