    Acting Strange
I just treated my bp's enclosure with PAM, its just a precaution because the snakes in quarantine appear to have mites. I gave the substrate a light spray, waited about 70 minutes- cleaned his hides, and then put him back in. I took out the plants/driftwood and water dish. He went into his cool hide, then warm hide which is normal, but he's avoiding touching the substrate and now he is crawling all over his enclosure which isn't really normal for him. He's more of a hider and occasionally peeking at me. Should I be worried? I smelt/felt the substrate before i put him in and it felt dry and was doorless. I'm especially worried because he's in shed so I have the humidity up. Any replays/tips/suggestions are greatly needed and appreciated! Thank You

Please, I'm really nervous. I've never used PAM before and I followed the directions to a T, probably even under misted and waited extra long. Is this normal behaviour? Can they tell that somethings different? Or is he acting evasive because its harmful?

If you followed the directions, don't worry about it. And yeah, he probably can tell something is different, but that doesn't mean it's harmful. Plus snakes in shed are temperamental, so he's probably just nervous because his skin is itchy and he can't see very well right now. :)
