Looking into building a rack... Questions about Tubs.
I'm looking into building a rack. I have a few goals for it.
I'd like to be able to fit 12 adults in it when it's all said and done, and hopefully have the flexibility to have hatchlings in there as well.
I'm having a hard time finding tubs though. It seems like the sizes have changed since some of the DIY threads.
So my questions are as follows:
What size tub is still available that I can keep adults in? (I've seen everything from 32 to 41)
If the longer 41qt tubs are recommended, do people run the racks sideways and just tape (visually) to the left or right side of the rack? If this is the case, I assume the rack will pretty much only hold the 41qt size.
Are there any tub sizes that coordinate well with others? For example, a 40qt that holds an adult, or two 20qt that can sit in that same space for two juveniles.
I'm looking to do this pretty quickly here, so any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reading,
Paul

Do you have some photos of it with the tubs in and out? Thanks, Paul.

I'm sorry I don't right now and i'll wake up the wife if I go in the room looking for the camera and taking pics.:) I run 4" Flexwatt along the back of each shelf of the rack. If using the 15q then they slide in lengthwise. If using the 32q then they slide in with the length going across the shelf. I haven't had any problems with getting a temp gradient(albeit a smaller one) in the sideways tubs.

I can see how that could be a problem. I would prefer to not have to have them sideways. I guess we'll see.
