    What the hell?!? Vet??
I noticed Ferb's cage was soiled, so it's time to clean. Removed everything, picked him up and noticed this...

How is your cage furnished? You could check firstly to see if it got caught on or between anything. I can really tell from the photos if it's something being passed or something hanging out that shouldn't be.

two hides water dish, smooth drift wood. It's not something being passed. it looks like a prolasp (?) I don't know if I should take him to the vet or try a warm soak and put some polysporin?

It really does look like a prolasp keep that moist damp gauze and if it was me I'd be going to the vet now. Keep it moist you don't want it to dry out.

Yup my first thought is prolapse too. I'd definitely do the vet trip ASAP because left untreated they can be quite serious.

def minor prolapse. You can try reinserting GENTLY with some mineral oil or ky jelly. The quicker it goes back in the better. Key is you do not want it to dry out.

Additionally i would not feed for 3-4 weeks to allow the area to hear. A good herp vet can determine if a few stitches are required to keep the rectum in place or no. Looking at it I tend to think no.

Id try an at home treatment first with a powdered sugar paste or Preparation H

powdered sugar paste / preparation H (to reduce swelling) or even petroleum based antibiotic (not the numbing kind) and a gloved hand would all work too.
