    What is hypo?
Can somebody please explain to me what hypo is? I know it means hypomelanistic, or lack of pigment, but is it an actual morph or just a characteristic passed through randomly/collectively?

It's a recessive morph. Hypos are also commonly refered to as Ghosts.

    What kinra said.

I've always thought they kind of look like they're in shed all the time, just because of the slight color change. They can really make some combos POP though, super pastel hypos are BRIGHT!

Yes hypo means ghost. But keep in mind not all ghosts are genetically compatibale. Just like axanthics, not all axanthics are compatible. So when dealing with hypos its important to understand the different hypos and their lines
