The wrath of Humphrey...

Well Humphrey Boagart is the only snake in my collection that's ever bit me. He's also the only boa I own. Man, these guys are SO different from ball pythons it's funny. The last time he bit me was the first day I brought him home. He has since been nothing but a pleasure to own and work with. He's socializing well and tolerates me swimmingly lol.

Well, last night he unleashed the fury...on my poor unexpecting boyfriend lol. He of course made a mess of his tub, so I took H out and asked my boyfriend, Andy, to hold him while I cleaned. This was partially my fault since it was night, on feeding night, and I may have still smelled like my pet rat Lucky even though we both washed our hands. Either way, H was not happy to be out since he was expecting a big juicy rat in his tub lol, and my boyfriend got his first snake bite!

I totally didn't believe him when he told me he bit him, then I saw the damage....

Do you think he'll make it? :rofl:

lol yea he will be fine. its funny he got the nice loop jaw print. and by the looks of it he was smart and calm enough not to pull away instantly. saved some additional damage there.

How does the boy friend feel about snakes now? LOL Hopefully he still likes them.

They do get a little ancy on feeding day!

Well since he's just an Albino feel free to send him my way if you're bf is totally afraid of him now:P

He still likes them! He even admitted it was kinda stupid for us to have him out at the time lol.
