Has anyone on here ever bought from them? I was looking through their site found great reviews but you never know.

I used them. The mice were clean, still frozen, and awesome and my snakes ate them! I had no problems. They maybe weren't shipped exactly super organized(all lined up) but it wasn't a big deal. None were stuck together and they were all the right size and weight!

Awesome. Well i'm sure they are better than the mice i but at petsmart that kinda smell when they are thawed out and i put them in the fridge over night and heat them up with a hair dryer. is that natural?

There is definitely a rodent odor. I couldn't smell it at first but the more often I heated them up the better I could smell it. People with sensitive senses of smell can probably really smell them! They shouldn't smell BAD though.

I had bad experiences with petsmart rats that had been dethawed at the store location from employees leaving them out and crazy ridiculous stuff. I saw freezer burn as well as rotten rodents there. Of course some petsmarts are better than others, but that was my experience. :O

I use Mice Direct after one order from Rodent Pro proved unsatisfactory, and I've never had any problems. they're quick, and I've found that the larger the rats you order, they will be packaged more orderly. my rat pups always arrive in a "grab bag" fashion, but my small and medium rats are always stacked perfectly.

regarding the odor, often times they will smell a little after being warmed up, but you can absolutely tell the difference between a rotten feeder and the typical thawed rodent smell.

Alright. The way they are packed dont bug me as long as they aren't stuck together and are in good clean condition.

Alright i dont mind the smell but im waiting for my mom to say something. Would i be able to use the 3 day shipping instead of the air the ground is more in my price range
