    Are permits needed in Pennsylvania
    Hi all,

I've been searching around and I haven't seen anything about needing a license to own a certain species of snake in PA. So I was just wondering if anybody knew of a law in PA that would forbid me to own a snake without a permit?

Thank you for your time! :D

Sorry for the typo in the Title! Pennsylvania*

    NOPE!

PA is one of the VERY few last safe havens. Who knows for how long, but admire it and thoroughly enjoy it while it lasts. There may be local ordinances but no statewide laws. You can own damn near anything in PA...the way it should be everywhere. :gj:
