thats what I was thinking too, other people have said an older desert when seeing him in person but I'm not sure.. he does have the tail stripe but idk

Meh...the tail stripe is a VERY common pattern trait on normals and any morph that doesn't completely lack dorsal patterns. Judging just on those pictures, I don't see desert at all. I see pastel immediately, though. :)
