    I was surprised.
The UFC demands exclusive contracts. Overeem gets bored too easily.

When he beats Lesnar and gets his title shot, even if he wins the title, I don't see him sticking around for long.

He'll stub his toe again and refuse to fight.....

I agree Overeem will destroy Lesnar. Alistair is a world class fighter. I find it amusing that some websites still rank Lesnar in the top 5.

Well tomorrow night is the night. This is a tough one for me to call, I'm less than impressed that Overeem couldn't put down Werdum in 5 rounds in his last fight. I'm worried about Brock's health and cage rust. I know everyone calls Brock "big", but I bet he's lost serious muscle mass compared to when he man-handled Frank Mir.

If I was betting money on this fight and given 50/50 odds, I'd probably go with Overeem by KO/TKO in rounds 1 or 2.

However, if I was given odds based on all the calls that the keyboard jockies have been making (80/20? 70/30?), I might take Brock on that one. I think that there's more than ample room for an upset.

I'm just picturing how MMA fans would react to a surprise right hook dropping Overeem to the mat. A far more likely upset however would be Brock getting dropped, turtling, receiving some ground and pound, the Ref yelling at him to defend himself for "too long", and then somehow pulling off a miracle uppercut KO or takedown/reversal to a quick submission. That would let Brock get a win, and many MMA fans will continue to blast Brock as a terrible fighter :P

As far as this fight goes, I just wanna see Overeem throw some knees again, he's become a little lackluster in his creativity in striking as of late.. not that there's anything wrong with crisp boxing.

I'll probably be puling for Lesnar, just because people hate him for some reason. I think Overeem is a tad over rated. He didn't exactly put it on Werdum by anymeans, and even got outstruck (by a bjj fanatic at that) in a few exchanges in that fight. I'd probably put money on Overeem just because Lesnar hate's getting punched in the face...but don't be too shocked if he can't handle Brock.
