Candling Ball Python Eggs. 18 days down, 34 days remain (approximately)
i've had a couple video clips of me candling our eggs sittin' around, but i never did anything with them because i was too lazy! funny, those clips were taken with my DSLR and are now just sitting there. these clips were taken with my iPhone and combined and fanci-fied in Windows Movie Maker. it works for me!

i'm candling about once a week, so maybe i will make another video showing progression.

hope you guys enjoy the video!

(i apologize for the crappy, pixellated Facebook quality! i put a better version on YouTube but it's blocked in some countries)

aww you can't see it? i linked it from Facebook but it's set to "Public" so i thought it would work. i guess not!

i'll link it from YouTube. last night it said it was blocked in some countries so i had to do an "AudioSwap." (so forgive the weird song, lol)

Adding photos of momma & eggs!
Thought i'd add some photos of momma and her eggs too since i haven't posted any yet. her name is Bindi!

Here's her ovulation (which occured on June 2nd)

i threw this photo in there just for kicks, that spot on her neck is genetic; all of her offspring inherit it (from what i was told by her seller)

and here she is with her eggs (laid on August 20th) - Yes, that's 79 days post ovulation, CRAZY!!

Congrats! I hope everything goes well with this clutch.

I have a female with the same spot on her neck, she passed it along to all normals in the clutch and one of two pastels. It appears her spot is genetic to. I wonder whats going on with them.

i'm sure it's not out of the ordinary for little spots to be genetic, it probably happens more than we realize, maybe we just don't notice?
