Nzuri....officially converted!

So, I was feeding my garter a pinky a few minutes ago and I went in to my bp Nzuri's tub to change the water and she instantly went into hunt mode tounge flicking and all. So I decided to try a rat pink, she ate the 3rd, but it was only a fuzzy mouse and that's all she has eaten. I was a little pesamistic about her taking a rat right off the bat, but I figured it was worth a try. So I thawed out a pink and brought it in, she sat there for a second dead still...then BAM! aggressive strike and nice coil! Gobbled it right down, no problem. I'm so happy that 1. she ate and 2. she took a rat pup even though she was just on mice. I didn't get a pic but I thought I would share anyways!

Thanks me too. I need to fatten her up. I'm borrowing the gram scale from work tomorrow so I can weigh her.

awesome, feed her every 5 days and she'll be growing like a weed with that feeding response.

My albino was a trouble eater and she has finally eaten four or five times on her own now every 3 days but this is only because she WASNT eating.

I will be feeding her every 5 days. She's such a cutie. :)
