Pastel?

A guy wants to trade his 2011 pastel for my three leos. He doesn't know the sex but I'm willing to gamble. I will be driving out to see if it really is a pastel as he got it from a pet store. This is the picture he sent. Its crappy but does ot look like a pastel? Also what at defining characteristics of pastels so I know if it is one when I go to see? Thanks.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like a really light normal or pastel. If it has solid green eyes it's a pastel.

Looks like a pastel. It has some nice flames and looks to be pretty yellow. Also looks like it has a white-ish nose. Like stated pastels have green eyes. Look up some pics of pastels and get an idea of what to look for.

Agree...looks like a pastel to me.

Not necessarily. I've had normals with solid green eyes.

Black pupils

It looks like a normal yellow. I have seen one today at the perstore and the camera makes him look bright yellow

But that picture is terrible

My vote with that picture would be a normal. Normals can have green eyes, so a better picture would be helpful in deciding.
