None of the babies would be axanthic, and none would be killer bees. They would all be pastels, spiders, or bumble bees....and all would be HET for axanthic.
If you crossed the axanthic with the pastel, all the babies would be either pastel or normal, and all HET for axanthic.
If you want to produce visual axanthics in the first generation, then you need to mate her with an animal that is also axanthic, or is het for axanthic.

Every one else answered the other questions, but I wanted to point out it is not "Putnam" square, it is Punnet Square.
