Advice Needed Or Snake Sitter

I have 6 eggs is a hovabator. 89 Degrees. Eggs laid June 26 or 67 days ago. They were not set up in the incubator until week 2 so they are taking a little longer than most to pip. I cut all the eggs at day 60. One egg mom pushed out and it looks smooshed and I can barley see the snake inside. No movement but red veins and no rotting smell??? Not sure about that one. The other 5 have moving snakes that look fine. The first one poked its head up a few hours ago and its sitting in the egg with its head sticking out. I have a Hova Bator set up with a tub of vermiculight and a light diffuser. If it comes out of the egg is it ok for it to crawl around on the diffuser? I am leaving town tonight at midnight and will not be back until Sunday afternoon. My house sitter absolutley will not touch the snakes she is terrified of them. Should I put them in my car and drive to a friends house a few miles away who has volenteered to look after them or leave them be until I return? Should I put something over the light diffuser so if they do come out and crawl around its not a hard plastic grate?

I don't believe it will hurt for them to crawl around on the plastic for a couple of days.

I use the substrateless method as well and here is what I do once I cut my eggs, I remove the light diffuser and replace the vermiculite by a damp piece of paper towel this way should they come out and should the yolk still be attached it cannot get caught in the egg crate.

Thanks for the advice it makes me worry less. I talked my Dad into looking over them everyday and misting them. I moved them into two of the containers I was going to put them in after they shed. 3 eggs per container on moist paper towels and put the containers inside the incubator. One is all the way out but goes back inside the egg when it gets scared. Three others have thier heads out. Should I have him remove the eggs if they come all the way out?
