A distraction due to high BP
Well i just got this to get my mind of buying snakes for awhile and start my journey to improve me health.

My BP (blood pressure and not Ball Pythons :) ) sky rocketed to 149/99 due to stress from work.

I have to work on lowering it and keep healthy for my Wife, Kids and Snakes :)

    Wish me luck guys!

I love riding! It's very relaxing and get your heart rolling. I've really been wanting a road bike here lately. Sadly I haven't ridden in a year and a half due to my accident. Maybe I'll be able to soon. Good luck and be safe!

I'm more of a roadie myself, but that looks like a pretty nice MTB. Good luck with it, and with getting healthier. :)

Good luck! I just started MTN bike riding this summer and I absolutely love it! It is a great way to get some exercise while having fun.

I recently went out and got a Specialized Hardrock Disc. I love it!
