    Rat with R.I.?
Just saw that some of my rats look like they have blood around their eyes and the pups/small rats have stuffy noses and mucus covering their noses. Should i be worried about the sickness going to my snakes???? Will the sickness go to my snakes or will the snakes not get what the rats have? Any way I can cure it? Please let em know very worried, snakes and rats are in the same area.

No it won't hurt the snake to eat a rat with RI

Good news is that RI are specifies specific so no issue there.

Now of course RI is not something you want in your rat colony you want your colony to be healthy and strong, if it was me I would feed off and sick animal (if it is indeed RI).

Keep in mind that rats do sneeze for other reasons such as a dusty substrate.

I know, they have mucus which sucks though. My neighbor is a vet thought and he is just going to get me some free antibiotics that go into their water.
